Today I got an extra-special inspiration board to share with you. The bride-to-be Danielle is a creative lady, who is a design technology teacher and photographer. She decided to make her own wedding in homemade, eco-friendly, and vintage delight theme. What’s more she even handmade her dress out of vintage doilies.Jus can not wait to see the dress! The colour scheme is red and fuschia, duck-egg blue, mustard and she also wanted to combine lots of natural materials, kraft paper and doilies into the scheme.
The bright colours is really charming when it combined with the natural textures, burlap and doilies. There are also some great DIY projects in this theme, collecting vintage bottles and jars to use as containers for floral arrangements, making packets for wildflower seed favours, hairpieces for your maids, and even the bride. I am loving the doily wedding dress (centre) and the added pop of colour from the lining underneath! I really love it. Do you like it, my dear readers?
